Eagle is a very popular and capable schematic capture and pcb design tool. It's freeware version it is free to download and use. http://www.cadsoftusa.com/ The freeware version has a useable board area limited to 100 x 80 mm (4 x 3.2 inches). Usable board area is are where pins of a component can be placed, boards can be physically larger as routing is allowed beyond that area. Eagle has an autorouter that will automatically route a captured schematic according to design rules the user defines. One of the benifits of Eagle is it's robust part library and user language programs (ULP). One particular ULP is PCB-Gcode. PCB-Gcode converts an Eagle .brd file into G-code to run on a cnc mill.
